Can I request a refund?

Users who have added funds to their account balance can request a refund within 24 hours, provided they are newly registered users and have not used their funds to purchase any services, such as creating campaigns. Refunds related to campaigns or orders will be credited back to your account balance and will not be issued to your original payment method (invoice). We reserve the right to deduct funds from your balance if we detect fraudulent activity and suspect that you have caused damage to our service.
